licensing beyond royalty revenue and will attempt to lead
the industry towards a consensus on evaluating the tangible
and intangible benefits of licensing.

Her goal is to license Timex’ brands in categories that
are natural extensions and to choose licensees whose commitment
to quality, innovation and price-value mirror Timex’
own. Before Timex, Ms. Prial worked at The Jim Henson Company
licensing the Muppet characters in the home furnishings and
packaged goods categories.
