for Upcoming L!CENSING Show Seminar

LOUISVILLE, KY - IMC Licensing, the nation's leading full-service licensing agency specializing in consumer product brands, announced today that its Co-Founder, Chairman and CEO, Stephen Reily, has recruited an impressive panel of experts for Licensing University 2005, the educational conference for industry professionals to be conducted during the 25th Annual L!CENSING International Show June 21 - 23, 2005 in New York, NY.

Mr. Reily will serve as moderator for a panel discussing "Measuring ROI from Licensing" on Tuesday, June 21, 2005 from 1:00pm - 2:30pm at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. His panelists will include Tom Kraus of Anheuser-Busch, Helen Prial of the Timex Licensing Corporation and Nat Milburn of Newell Rubbermaid. The seminar will discuss trends in valuing licensing beyond royalty revenue and will attempt to lead the industry towards a consensus on evaluating the tangible and intangible benefits of licensing.

Stephen R. Reily - Moderator
Stephen Reily is the Co-Founder, Chairman and CEO of IMC Licensing, a leading full-service licensing agency specializing in consumer product brands (client brands include OREO, Kool-Aid, TABASCO, Jack Daniel’s, Southern Comfort, Oscar Mayer, and Louisville Slugger). Mr. Reily has served as an officer of the International Licensing Industry Merchandisers' Association (LIMA), and is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the Licensing Executives Society (LES).

Thomas J. Kraus - Panelist
Tom Kraus serves as Anheuser-Busch’s Group Manager for Consumer Marketing. In that position, he oversees Consumer Direct Marketing (including e-commerce and print catalogs), Retail Direct Marketing (including licensing and gift shops) as well as the administration and registration of Anheuser-Busch trademarks as they relate to merchandise. Mr. Kraus began his career at Anheuser-Busch 13 years ago as Wholesaler Business Analyst for all Anheuser-Busch merchandise. During his tenure at Anheuser-Busch, he has developed creative and media plan for Outdoor and Print Advertising and served as National Accounts Manager for marketing programs in the casual dining chain segment.

Helen Prial - Panelist
Helen Prial is Vice President of the Timex Licensing Corporation and has been in the licensing business since 1987. Ms. Prial joined Timex in 1994 when it had only two licensees generating less than $500,000 in royalties. Today, Timex has 11 very focused licensees with retail sales approaching $200 million. Her goal is to license Timex’ brands in categories that are natural extensions and to choose licensees whose commitment to quality, innovation and price-value mirror Timex’ own. Before Timex, Ms. Prial worked at The Jim Henson Company licensing the Muppet characters in the home furnishings and packaged goods categories.

Nathaniel S. Milburn - Panelist
Nat Milburn joined Newell Rubbermaid as its Vice President of Global Licensing in 2005. In that position, he leads Newell Rubbermaid’s development and management of strategic licensing opportunities.
