IMC President to Moderate Seminar at 2006 L!CENSING Show

LOUISVILLE, KY - IMC Licensing, the nation's leading full-service licensing agency specializing in consumer product brands, announced today that its President and Co-Founder, Cara K. Bernosky, has been selected to moderate a seminar for Licensing University 2006, the educational conference for industry professionals to be conducted during the 26th Annual L!CENSING International Show June 20 - 22, 2006 in New York, NY.

Ms. Bernosky will serve as moderator for a panel discussing "Opportunities in Food Licensing" tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, June 21, 2006 from 1:00pm - 2:30pm at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. The seminar will present a state of the industry discussion among big industry players concerning why some food brands choose to license while others do not, how big food brands think about and consider licensing and what are the opportunities for growth in the food licensing sector.

No other licensing agency represents more food and beverage brands than IMC, where Ms. Bernosky is responsible for managing the agency's day-to-day operations. Since co-founding the company in 1997, she has developed wide-ranging portfolios of licensed products for several clients and has led the process by which IMC develops its own portfolio of new clients. She works intimately with clients and internal staff on strategy and the plan by which IMC will develop licensing portfolios. In addition, Ms. Bernosky has been a featured speaker at leading industry events. Before joining IMC, she worked for International Sports Marketing, Inc. where she represented professional athletes in licensing and other transactions, for Network International and for the Pittsburgh Pirates Baseball Club. She received a B.A. in Communication from Chatham College.
