KIM STEADMAN

Senior Director, Partner Development

Kim brings over 15 years of licensing expertise with corporate brands. She is responsible for identifying, soliciting and executing new licensing deals in a variety of categories for IMC clients. With her flair for style, Kim specializes in the fashion, jewelry, home décor and lifestyle space and has secured countless licensing agreements in these categories on behalf of a range of world class brands.

Before joining IMC in 2006, Kim was Corporate Licensing Manager for Yamaha Motor Corp., USA and previously Licensing Coordinator for American Honda Motor Co., Inc. In her roles at both Yamaha and Honda, Kim spearheaded and established internal licensing departments with responsibilities that included strategy development and implementation, seeking and securing profitable licenses, product development including style guide implementation, educating executive management on the licensing business, and infringement control. Kim previously served on the board of directors of the Society for Product Licensors Committed to Excellence (SPLiCE).
