IMC recently attended the SHOT
tradeshow
and made the following observations:

Highlights

Swarovski, the well-known Austrian Crystal brand, continues
to build strong high-end presence in its Swarovski Optik
brand with a line of impressive binoculars, spotting scopes
and hunting optics.

Smith
& Wesson enters the long gun market with the acquisition of
the Thompson/Center Arms, Inc. This is a new direction for
the company that hopes the connection to the fabled brand
can win the hearts and minds of hunters as well as Military
and Police.
Licensing Trends and Thoughts
It is unmistakable
that women are becoming more active in Shooting/Hunting recreations, as
numerous vendors target apparel, accessories, and firearms towards the
female demographic.
