LOUISVILLE, KY – To support its continued rapid growth,
IMC Licensing, the nation's leading full-service

brands, has recruited two new executives and promoted
one of its current employees to a new position.
MARK HESS
has joined IMC Licensing as Vice President, Client
Relationship Management. In this role, Mark will be
responsible for managing senior level relationships and
developing strategic licensing plans for IMC Licensing’s
clients and licensees. He has over 20 years of agency
experience for a diverse portfolio of brands across
various categories and channels of distribution with
clients including Thomasville Furniture’s
The Hemingway
Collection, Hanes and Hanes Her Way, Skoal
and Long John Silver’s. Before joining IMC, he was Vice
President, Group Director of Client Services for
Creative Alliance. Prior to Creative Alliance, he worked
for other top advertising agencies including Paul
Schultz, Doe Anderson, Long Haymes Carr Lintas and
D’arcy Masius Benton & Bowles. Mark has a B.B.A. in
Advertising/Business from Western Kentucky University.
DONNA BRUSCHI
has joined IMC Licensing as Managing Director
International. In this role, Donna will be responsible
for developing portfolios of licensed products for IMC
Licensing’s global clients and identifying opportunities
for IMC Licensing to expand its work throughout other
countries around the globe. She has ten years of
international licensing experience, most recently as
Director of International Licensing and Merchandising
for New Line Cinema where she managed relationships with
agents, licensees and promotional partners worldwide for
the film division’s releases of
Sex and the City,
Journey to the Center of the Earth and
The Lord of the Rings
trilogy. Her prior work experience also includes
American Greetings, Nickelodeon, Sesame Workshop and The
Jim Henson Company. Donna has a B.A. from Rutgers
College.
EMILY WICKERHAM,
previously Product Development and Creative Coordinator,
has been promoted to Product Development and Account
Manager. In this role,
Emily will be responsible for product development,
creative services, marketing support and
account
management services for IMC clients. Emily
earned a B.A. in Advertising and English from Western
Kentucky University where she minored in Marketing.
