Names New Executives
LOUISVILLE, KY - IMC Licensing, the nation's leading full-service
licensing agency specializing in consumer product brands,
has promoted two of its current employees to new executive
positions and has recruited a new licensing and business development
manager.
CARA K. BERNOSKY,
formerly Executive Vice President and COO, has been named
President of IMC. She will be responsible for managing the
day to day operations of the organization. Since co-founding
IMC in 1997, Cara has developed wide-ranging portfolios of
licensed products for several clients and has led the process
by which IMC develops its own portfolio of new clients. She
works intimately with clients and internal staff on strategy
and the plan by which IMC will develop their licensing portfolios.
Before joining IMC, Cara worked for the Pittsburgh Pirates
Baseball Club and International Sports Marketing, Inc., where
she represented professional athletes in licensing and other
transactions. She received a B.A. in Communication from Chatham
College. Stephen R. Reily previously held the position of
President and CEO. He will now serve as CEO.
BRUCE D. BRIDGES
has been promoted to Senior Licensing Manager. In this role,
Bruce will be responsible for developing and managing a wide
range of licensed products for the Kraft Foods portfolio of
brands including Oscar Mayer, Jell-O, Kool-Aid, Life Savers,
and Planters.
Before joining IMC, Bruce was a Business Development Manager
for Intel Corporation where he specialized in moving new technology
from the labs into the marketplace through internal and external
licensing deals. He also has entertainment and consulting
industry experience. Bruce received a B.S. in Management from
the University of Texas, a B.S. in Recording Industry Management
from Middle Tennessee State University, and a Marketing M.B.A.
from the University of Tennessee.
PAULA N. PHILLIPS
has joined IMC as Licensing and Business Development Manager.
She will be responsible for developing and managing portfolios
of license agreements for IMC clients. Additionally, she will
be responsible for identifying and developing new business
relationships for IMC.
Before joining IMC, Paula was an Intellectual Property Consultant
with ICMB Ocean Tomo and Tait Advisory Services where she
provided expert services for companies involved in trademark
and other intellectual property infringement and licensing
matters. She received an M.B.A. with a focus in marketing
from Indiana University and a B.A. from the University of
Kentucky.
