STEPHEN R. REILY
CEO and Co-Founder
Stephen
is responsible for overseeing licensing strategy and
relationships with IMC’s clients as well as IMC’s business
development and marketing efforts within the licensing industry.
Stephen serves on the Advisory Board of the Licensing Journal,
where for three years he wrote a monthly column on corporate
trademark licensing. He serves on the Education Committee and is
a past officer of the International Licensing Industry
Merchandisers' Association (LIMA), the trade organization of the
licensing industry, and is a member of the International
Trademark Association (INTA) and the Licensing Executives
Society (LES). In addition, Stephen has published articles in
BRANDWEEK, brandchannel.com among others, and has been a
featured speaker at leading industry events including Licensing
University, LINK and The Licensing Letter Symposium. A former
corporate attorney, Stephen graduated from Yale College, summa
cum laude, and from Stanford Law School, after which he clerked
for Justice John Paul Stevens of the U.S. Supreme Court. |

CARA K. BERNOSKY
President
and Co-Founder
At IMC, Cara is responsible for managing the day-to-day
operations of the organization. Since co-founding IMC in 1997,
Cara has developed wide-ranging portfolios of licensed products
for several clients and has led the process by which IMC
develops its own portfolio of new clients. She works intimately
with clients and internal staff on strategy and the plan by
which IMC will develop licensing portfolios. Cara has published
articles in The Licensing Journal and brandchannel.com among
others, and has been a featured speaker at leading industry
events including Licensing University and LINK. She currently
serves on the strategic planning committee for the International
Licensing Industry Merchandisers' Association (LIMA), the trade
organization of the licensing industry. Before joining IMC, Cara
worked for International Sports Marketing, Inc. where she
represented professional athletes in licensing and other
transactions, for Network International and for the Pittsburgh
Pirates Baseball Club. She received a B.A. in Communication from
Chatham College. |

SEAN HEITKEMPER
Vice President,
Business Development
Sean is responsible for identifying and developing new client
relationships for IMC with key brands across a wide variety of
consumer product brand categories. Before joining IMC, Sean led
business development activities for DeLor Brand Identity
Consultants, a leading corporate and product branding firm. Sean
has developed key strategic relationships with many leading
consumer product companies including Microsoft, Brown-Forman, GE
Consumer Products, Maytag/Amana Appliances and Sprint. Sean
earned a B.A. from the University of Louisville. |

TODD DONALDSON
Vice
President, Sales
Todd is responsible for identifying and developing relationships
with key manufacturers, retailers and brand owners across the
consumer product sector. Todd has been a business development
executive for over 10 years, working for and with dozens of
Fortune 50 companies. In addition, he has been a participant in
numerous Licensing Letter roundtable symposiums, has been a
speaker at industry events including the PLMA Show and has
conducted webinars on Licensing Strategy. Before joining IMC, he
was responsible for the account management and retention of more
than ten Fortune 200 client companies for SHPS Human Resources
Solutions. Todd earned a B.A. from the University of Kentucky. |

MARK HESS
Vice President,
Client Relationship Management
Mark is responsible for
managing senior level relationships and developing strategic
licensing plans for IMC Licensing’s clients and licensees. He
has over 20 years of agency experience for a diverse portfolio
of brands across various categories and channels of distribution
with clients including Thomasville Furniture’s The Hemingway
Collection, Hanes and Hanes Her Way, Skoal and Long John
Silver’s. Before joining IMC, he was Vice President, Group
Director of Client Services for Creative Alliance. Prior to
Creative Alliance, he worked for other top advertising agencies
including Paul Schultz, Doe Anderson, Long Haymes Carr Lintas
and D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles. Mark has a B.B.A. in
Advertising/Business from Western Kentucky University. |

BRUCE D. BRIDGES,
Vice President, Licensing
Bruce is IMC Licensing’s
resident expert on licensing issues providing counsel to
internal team members and external partners. Bruce has been a
featured speaker at industry events including the International
Consumer Product Health & Safety Organization (ICPHSO) Symposium
and the Society for Product Licensors Committed to Excellence
(SPLiCE) as an expert on quality standards and best practices
among licensors. Before joining IMC, he was a Business
Development Manager for Intel Corporation where he specialized
in moving new technology from the labs into the marketplace
through internal and external licensing deals. He also has
entertainment and consulting industry experience. Bruce received
a B.S. in Management from the University of Texas, a B.S. in
Recording Industry Management from Middle Tennessee State
University and a Marketing M.B.A. from the University of
Tennessee. |

DONNA BRUSCHI
Managing
Director, International
Donna is responsible for
developing portfolios of licensed products for IMC Licensing’s
global clients and identifying opportunities for IMC Licensing
to expand its work throughout other countries around the globe.
She has ten years of international licensing experience, most
recently as Director of International Licensing and
Merchandising for New Line Cinema where she managed
relationships with agents, licensees and promotional partners
worldwide for the film division’s releases of Sex and the
City, Journey to the Center of the Earth and The Lord of
the Rings trilogy. Her prior work experience also includes
American Greetings, Nickelodeon, Sesame Workshop and The Jim
Henson Company. Donna has a B.A. from Rutgers College. |

KRISTIN EDSTROM
Licensing Sales Director
Kristin is
responsible for identifying, soliciting and executing new
licensing deals in a variety of categories for IMC clients.
Kristin has a diversified background in marketing, promotional
services and licensing for leading brands/trademarks including
McDonald’s Corporation, General Motors, General Mills and
Mattel, among others. She has over 12 years of experience in
strategic marketing planning, new product development, new
product introductions and licensing in a multitude of product
categories. Before joining IMC, Kristin was Director of
Licensing for Turtle Wax. Her prior work experience also
includes Simon Marketing, Blockbuster Entertainment and EMI.
Kristin has a B.A. in Business Administration
from Stephens College. |

CHRISTOPHER D. HALLOCK
Licensing Sales Director
Chris is responsible for
identifying, soliciting and executing new licensing deals in a
variety of categories for IMC clients. Before joining IMC, Chris
developed an impressive 10 year track record negotiating
corporate brand licensing programs working for Equity Management
Inc. and Brand Sense Partners with clients including General
Motors, Dodge, Thermos, Kawasaki, Rawlings, Lockheed Martin,
La-Z-Boy, American Airlines, Norton, Kingsford, STP, Local
Motion, Hawaiian Style and Kahala. Chris earned a B.S. in
Business Administration from Ferris State University. |

JAYNE STEVERSON
Director of
Licensing Acquisition
Jayne is responsible for
identifying and developing relationships with key manufacturers,
retailers and brand owners across the consumer product sector.
She has six years of consumer product sales representation in
mass and national accounts, including Lowe’s, Home Depot,
Tractor Supply, JC Penney, Kroger, Wal-Mart and Target, among
others. Before joining IMC, Jayne was a National Account
Executive for The Encore Group, a leading designer and marketer
of gifts, collectibles, home décor and specialty products
including some of America’s foremost names in licensing. Prior
to Encore, she worked as a National Account Executive and in
various other roles for Enesco Group. Jayne has a B.S. in
Journalism/Business Administration from Murray State University. |

KIM STEADMAN
Licensing Manager
Kim is
responsible for developing and managing portfolios of license
agreements for IMC clients. She has over 14 years of licensing
experience with corporate brands. Before joining IMC, Kim was
Corporate Licensing Manager for Yamaha Motor Corp., USA and
previously Licensing Coordinator for American Honda Motor Co.,
Inc. In her roles at both Yamaha and Honda, Kim established
internal licensing departments with responsibilities that
included strategy development and implementation, seeking and
securing profitable licenses for the company, building style
guides and educating executive management on the licensing
business. Kim previously served on the board of directors of the
Society for Product Licensors Committed to Excellence (SPLiCE). |

EMILY WICKERHAM
Product
Development and Account Manager
Emily is responsible for
responsible for product development, creative services,
marketing support and account management services for IMC
clients. Emily earned a B.A. in Advertising and English from
Western Kentucky University where she minored in Marketing.
